There is no way of determining how long therapy
will take because each individual is unique and they
process things in their own way and at their own pace.
You will work with your therapist to determine how
you feel things are going and when you feel you are
at a good place to terminate sessions. You and your
therapist are a team and will talk through these things
periodically throughout your time together.
